Meditations
Mindfulness and meditation practices support the work that you are doing in therapy, and in between sessions. There is a vast amount of research that supports how it helps our brains heal and help us feel better.
Book recommendations
Having met with me, you have likely heard me talk about various books that offer bibliotherapy and enhance the work that we are doing. Here’s a list of some of my favorites, though please feel free to chat with me about specific recommendations for your circumstances
Worksheets
While worksheets may bring up flashbacks of experiences in school, they can offer a means of reflecting on our struggles, who we want to be, and offer additional support and reflection. You can bring these to session if you like, or use them for your own self exploration.

Podcasts, websites and youtube channels. Thankfully technology offers us so many options to gain more knowledge and support what you are doing to heal.
