Individual Therapy
Individual psychotherapy is exactly that - it is therapy for YOU. Through this process we work together to move through the struggles that are impacting your life, and how you want to live. This can include exploring past trauma, present moment difficulties, or having a listening ear to offer feedback and support.
Couples/Family Therapy
In couples or family therapy, we work together as much as both partners are willing to enhance connection, increase communication, and build empathy for the other’s experience.
Supervision
Clinical supervision is often a necessary, but hopefully helpful experience. In my practice I offer both individual as well as group supervision for folks working on their CADC or LCAS credential through the NCSAPPB.
